Hey!

I’m Grace, an experienced Brand & Creative team manager with a background in visual production and sustainable fashion & beauty. I curate and produce innovative visual content that tells brand stories, through styling, photo/video production, and brand strategy.

I began my career in fashion, designing for Susan Alexandra and sustainable underwear brand, Parade, while completing my BFA in Fiber & Material Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) and working as the Managing Editor of their arts magazine, F News. My no-task-too-small attitude exposed me to cross-functional teams and projects, leading me to transition my career from one in garment design to Brand and Creative management, producing visual content for nationally known skincare brands Fur and Soleil Toujours. At both brands, I creative directed high performing launch campaigns for both new products and new retail partners. I’m passionate about creative content that connects a customer to a brand’s mission or a collection’s stylistic atmosphere.

At Soleil Toujours, as the Senior Brand Manager, I’ve built our marketing and creative organizations’ processes from the ground up. Overseeing all deliverables and timelines, my team drove a highly successful Sephora launch. Tackling similar responsibilities to my time at Fur (which you’ll read about shortly), I own production of all visual assets, developing end-to-end visual strategy including building mood boards, media plans, and contracting production contacts to execute on media needs through innovative creative concepts. I regularly pitch and deliver cross-platform campaigns—through the lens of established brand identity and visual strategy. My absolute favorite day is attending and managing on-set production, empowering production partners to do their best work and creating an inclusive, productive set environment. And when set wraps, I coordinate post-production, and own the asset delivery process from ad copy to credits. I’ve implemented 360 marketing strategy and workflows to transform this resort staple SPF brand into a DTC powerhouse that sells out at Sephora stores nationwide.

It’s not every day that you get the opportunity to drive success for … pubic care. But as the Senior Brand Manager at Fur, I did exactly that. Encouraging all bodies to embrace their hair, everywhere, I managed all projects and work flow for the creative and marketing teams building 360 campaigns and strategy. My short form video content generated millions of dollars in revenue across paid and organic social, where I developed both the video creative direction and the paid targeting strategy behind each asset. My team drove success cross-functionally, delivering brand creative & strategy across retail, wholesale, DTC, B2B, and social/influencer stakeholders. My owned channels included TikTok (paid & organic), Amazon, and DTC, with cross-functional support of retail teams to ensure brand creative alignment across all marketing touch-points. Collaborated with cross functional internal and external partners to understand asset needs, from product display page photos to OOH ads to short form video content.
